Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Sale or promotional items can also be returned unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping

In some cases, SAHABLINE covers the return shipping cost.

In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Wrong or Defective Items
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
